  1. Purchasing and Carriage
  1. Payments for Evo goods will be made via BACS, where Card payments are made a 2% transaction fee will be charged.
  • E-bikes and Bicycles
    • Bikes – UK Mainland minimum first order value is £3,000.  For carriage the charge per unit for UK mainland will be £20.00
    • If you cancel your Bike order BEFORE it has been shipped, Evo will refund Bacs paid orders without fees, If the order had been paid via Card then a 2% Admin fee will be chargeable to the Dealer account
    • Channel Islands, Highlands NI and any offshore UK location minimum order value for bike orders is £3,000. For carriage the charge per unit will be £57.00.  Our carrier service can take up to 5 days depending upon location.
    • If you cancel your Bike order AFTER it has been shipped, Evo will refund Bacs paid orders without Fees, If the order had been paid via Card then a 2% admin fee will be chargeable to the dealer account. A return carriage charge per unit of £42 for UK Mainland or £70 for Channel Islands, Highlands and NI will also be added to the dealer account.
  • Parts/Accessories
    • Parts – UK Main Land Minimum order value is £100.  For carriage the charge per unit up to 5KG will be £4.47. Next day UK mainland £6.05
    • Channel Islands, Highlands, NI and any offshore UK location minimum order value is £150. For carriage the charge per unit up to 5KG will be £10.  Our carrier service can take up to 5 days depending upon location.
    • If you cancel your Part or Accessories order BEFORE it has been shipped, Evo will refund Bacs paid orders without Fees, If the order had been paid via Card then a 2% admin fee will be chargeable to the Dealer account.
    • If you cancel your Part or Accessories order AFTER it has been shipped to the UK Mainland Channel Islands, Highlands, NI and any offshore UK location. Evo will refund Bacs paid orders without fees, less relevant for carriage/return cost. If the order had been paid via Card then a 2% admin fee will be chargeable to the Dealer account and refund processed less relevant carriage and return costs.

Carriage Fee Variation / Return fee Variation

  • Carrier deliveries may be subject to change and the amount charged may vary depending upon market conditions and order value. Evo reserve the right to amend these terms.
    • Please liaise with your Evo account manager to discuss alternative carriage/delivery options.
    • Warranty – Any labour costs relating to goods purchased via EVO will be met by the dealer. Evo will provide “Parts only” during any qualifying warranty period.  Evo maintains a significant inventory of Parts. Where parts are not available EVO will use best efforts to source them within a reasonable time frame so as to assure fluidity of service to our Dealers.
